6. Payments and Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Payments are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• For courses with a duration greater than six (6) months, you may cancel your enrolment and receive a ninety percent (90%) refund if you notify us within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date.
• For all other courses (six months or less), cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Please carefully review the course details before purchase.

7. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your enrolment in accordance with our refund policy outlined above.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Account sharing
• Misuse of Services
• Breach of intellectual property rights

In the event of termination for breach, you are not entitled to any refund.

8. Repeat Candidate Discount

AceGP offers a 20% discount for candidates who re-enrol for a second full course after completing an earlier course. Proof of previous enrolment may be required. This discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in passing any specific exam or achieving any particular outcome.

While we endeavour to keep our materials up-to-date and accurate, no warranty is given as to the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceGP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law, our liability is limited to the resupply of Services or the cost of resupplying Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
