What is AceGP?

AceGP is an online platform offering premium preparation for the RACGP AKT and KFP written exams. Who created AceGP?

AceGP was founded by two GPs who ranked in the top 5% of their RACGP fellowship cohort. We understand firsthand the challenges of registrar life and exam preparation, and we’ve built AceGP to make the process smarter, more efficient, and more supportive.

When does course access begin?

Your access begins immediately upon verification of payment and registration. This may take up to 3 business days for group registrations.

Can I switch course plans after purchasing?

Switching plans is not automatic. If you wish to upgrade or extend your course, contact us at gpprep24@gmail.com to discuss available options.

Can I access AceGP on my mobile or tablet?

Yes! AceGP is powered by the Synap platform, offering full access via web browser and the Synap mobile app, available on iOS and Android.

How much do the courses cost?

Do you offer payment plans?

You can pay upfront using a credit or debit card, or use Klarna to spread the cost over manageable instalments. Full access is granted once the first payment is processed.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer:

A 20% repeat candidate discount for returning users
Group discounts for multiple registrations are available.
- For 2 memberships, we offer a 10% discount (Use coupon 'GROUP2' at checkout)
- For 3 memberships, we offer a 15% discount (Use coupon 'GROUP3' at checkout)

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe.We also offer flexible payment options through Klarna, allowing you to split your payment into instalments.

For courses with more than six (6) months’ access, you can cancel and receive a ninety percent (90%) refund if you notify us within 14 days of purchase.
For courses six (6) months or less, cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

What if I accidentally purchase the wrong course?

How closely do your questions match the real RACGP exams?

Our AKT and KFP questions are written to mirror the style, format, difficulty, and curriculum focus of the RACGP written exams.

Are the mock exams timed?

Yes. Our full-length mock exams are designed to simulate real exam timing using a soft timer.You’ll see a countdown during the exam to help you practice pacing, but you won't be locked out when time expires — allowing you to complete the exam at your own pace while still building time management skills.

How many questions are included?

Each full course includes hundreds of updated AKT and KFP questions, plus full-length mock exams. For full details, please refer to our Courses page.

Do you update your question banks regularly?

Yes. Our team continually reviews and updates questions in line with current Australian clinical guidelines, RACGP standards, and user feedback.

Account and Access – Your Learning, Your Responsibility

Important rules to protect your learning and your account.

Can I share my account with others?

No. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each user must have their own individual account to ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and exam simulation.However, if you have friends or colleagues who also want to enrol, we offer a group discount for signing up together.

Can I pause my access if I am unable to study for a period of time?

We are unable to pause subscriptions. However, extension options are available in certain circumstances — contact us to discuss.

Does AceGP guarantee I will pass the RACGP exams?

No. While we provide high-quality resources to help maximise your preparation, passing the RACGP exams depends on many factors, including individual effort and exam technique.

Can I get personalised feedback?

While we currently do not offer personalised coaching or tutoring, our analytics help you track your progress and guide your study strategy effectively.
